Order Cut-Off Time: Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM EST (Monday to Friday). Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York) will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Undeliverable Packages
If your package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.
