Return Eligibility
- You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, if:
- The item is unused and in original condition
- It’s in the original packaging with all tags, dust bags, or accessories
- You provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice)
Returns Are Accepted If:
- The item arrived damaged
- You received the wrong item or it’s not as described
Returns Are NOT Accepted If:
- Change of mind or product dislike
- Wrong size, color, or style ordered
- Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless defective)
- Damage caused by improper use or poor care
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. earrings, nose rings), unless damaged or incorrect

- Inspection & Refund: We’ll process a refund or send a replacement after receiving and inspecting the item
Refund Policy
- Refunds processed within 7 business days after we receive your return
- Refunds go back to your original payment method
- You’ll receive a confirmation email when your refund is issued
Please Note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Refund processing times depend on your bank or payment provider
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. To exchange:
- Return the original item (if eligible)
- Place a new order
Late or Missing Refunds

- Gift cards, vouchers, and digital items
- Customized, engraved, or personalized items

Damaged or Defective on Arrival?
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include clear photos of:
- The damaged product
- The inner and outer packaging
