At Fashiono, your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we're here to help.


Return Eligibility

  • You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, if:
    • The item is unused and in original condition
    • It’s in the original packaging with all tags, dust bags, or accessories
    • You provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice)

Returns Are Accepted If:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • You received the wrong item or it’s not as described

Returns Are NOT Accepted If:

  • Change of mind or product dislike
  • Wrong size, color, or style ordered
  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless defective)
  • Damage caused by improper use or poor care
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. earrings, nose rings), unless damaged or incorrect

How to Request a Return

  2. Get Return Approval: If approved, we’ll send you return instructions
  3. Ship the Item Back:
    • Our fault? We pay return shipping
    • Your mistake? You cover shipping costs
  4. Inspection & Refund: We’ll process a refund or send a replacement after receiving and inspecting the item

Refund Policy

  • Refunds processed within 7 business days after we receive your return
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email when your refund is issued

Please Note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Refund processing times depend on your bank or payment provider

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. To exchange:

  • Return the original item (if eligible)
  • Place a new order

Late or Missing Refunds

  • First, check with your bank or credit card provider
  • If you still haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, contact us at info@fashiono.us

Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings, nose rings, and other hygiene-sensitive products
  • Gift cards, vouchers, and digital items
  • Customized, engraved, or personalized items
  • Items not returned in original condition or packaging

Damaged or Defective on Arrival?

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include clear photos of:

  • The damaged product
  • The inner and outer packaging

We’ll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
